I visited this store earlier today and I was excited to support a black owned beauty supply store. This store had a wide variety of items. The store was cleaned and the cashier was very friendly, she even gave me a free sample. I just wished the lights were brighter. Nonetheless, I was pleased with my visit!
I tried this shop bc I was seeking a Black owned business. The store is clean and quiet and the young man that was working was helpful. I was disappointed that they don't carry the As I Am Jamaican Black Castor Oil collection I was looking for but over this store seems to have some everything you'd want for natural hair, perms and those who like to add hair to their own or just give your hair a break. Its funny because I don't do braids often but that homered selection they carry has me tempted
Black Owned beauty supply store. They do not have everything (which is probably the result of being iced out by non-Black distributors), but the store is clean, organized, moderately priced, and has just what you need. I am making it my business to only do my hair shopping at this location.
This is a Black owned Beauty Supply Store located in the Bronx close to the East 238st on the 2 line. They have a wide selection of hair and beauty products. They are reasonably priced. The staff is very respectful. I love it there. This store is at least 15 blocks from my house. I go here before going to the ones closest to my home. Check them out.
The ladies that run this beauty supply are helpful and knowledgeable regarding their products and hair care overall. I also love that it is black owned, you can feel the difference in respect and service! This will be my new go to beauty supply.
